Photographer and photo model agree on the following arrangement concerning the photo shoot:

 

1. Fee arrangements are not the subject of this contract. The model is responsible for eventual taxes on fees.

2. The photo model commits herself/himself wholly to the photo-shooting - at the place, on the date and time and for the shooting categories agreed on in this contract.

3. The rights in the pictures are transferred to the photographer. The photographer may modify the pictures digitally. The photographer is entitled to use and publish all the pictures – without local and temporal restriction – in photo competitions, newspapers, magazines, books, web pages and exhibitions (incl. picture sales), calendars, presentations and for self-promotion. The photographer is the owner of the copyright of the pictures.

4. The photographer is free to leave a choice of succesful photos in the digital format JPG to the photo model. The photo model may use these pictures unchanged (with the exception of image size adjustments, but stating the name of the photographer) – without local and temporal restriction – for own, non-commercial purposes but is not entitled to sell them.

5. The commercial use of the pictures for advertising purposes of third parties (e.g. product advertising for clothes, perfume, body care etc.) is only permitted with written consent of the photo model and the photographer.

6. The publication of the pictures in social media is prohibited to the photographer as well as to the photo model.

7. The publication of the pictures in media (e.g. websites or magazines) with inhuman and/or racist and/or disreputable (pornographic) contents is prohibited to the photographer as well as to the photo model.

8. Alterations of this contract need the written form. The place of jurisdiction is the place of residence of the photographer.

 

The contract was issued in two copies. One copy is given to the photo model and one to the photographer.
